This piece definitely took more time and problem-solving to build than expected, a little over three hours total. The finished product looks really nice, and the color is beautiful. I especially love having both extra storage and a hidden trash can cabinet, which makes the space feel much cleaner and more organized. The assembly process was a bit more involved than I anticipated and required some patience and careful attention to detail. A few areas needed some adjusting during setup, particularly around the cabinet doors, to get everything aligned and opening smoothly. Once everything was properly positioned though, the final result looked great and felt sturdy. One thing to keep in mind is that this is not a quick or beginner-level assembly, so taking your time during the build will definitely help. The cabinet really is beautiful when built. However mine came a little scratched up. My two glass looking pieces have visible scratches and one of the trash can doors has a white mark at the bottom of the board. Looks good. Friends came over and loved it! My husband and I have put together furniture many times before - this was a challenge! Took about 3 hours. We mistakenly put the base on backwards but I’m ok with that - less dirt to get under. We didn’t have the electric screwdriver - that would’ve made it easier but we would’ve had to be careful not to break the wood - it says that on the directions. They’re sending an entire new one, but I have the inconvenience of sending the old one back, not even sure how to box it back up!! This was a great upgrade for our kitchen. I love the addition of usable counter space in what was previously unusable space. Quality of the product is good although the counter top has gotten scratched. The one think I was disappointed with, is the information on the item not disclosing that it requires power for the ionizer. I scoured the product page extensively because I was concerned about that. The cabinet is nice, not super duty but def stable when for my home. The tilt out trash can we love. I wish the cupboard side had shelves, that would’ve been nice. As it is there’s a huge area of wasted sauce that shelves would’ve helped to make useful. Also it’s not white, it’s cream with faux wood paint, so just plan accordingly.
