I really like the service you provided for assembling my sofa. The gentleman was not well very ersed in English, but he brought a translator device which made communicating pretty easy. The one thing that was a little disappointing. I know that you stated in your assembly instructions that the the boxes would not be taken away. I would have to think twice about doing this again because I had to cut up all the boxes and papers and stuff and I am not real physically capable of doing that with ease right now and I’m by myself so if they had taken away the boxes, it would’ve been great instead of spending all night cutting them up so they would fit in my trash cans, But everything else went well and I will just give it some deep thought and weigh the pros and cons next time. Looks even nicer in person. I'll be honest, I was looking for something a little more tailored (stitching) to create a softer sitting experience, but the price on this sleek recliner was so terrific. And it checked all our "must have" boxes: top grain leather (it reads "genuine" in the description but notes top grain on seating areas - read up on the distinction), some stitching for aesthetics vs that over-stuffed pillow look of many recliners, an adjustable headrest (key!), and a bit of a wall hugger, sitting not quite 4 inches away from our wall - this was also key!.
