Couch came perfectly packaged. No issues. Only hard part to assemble was getting the sides to interlock, which took several attempts. It is a bit stiff but that is ok with us and obviously a lower backprofile however that is exactly what we wanted to go under our big window. We bought with 2 grayish leather recliners and the color scheme with the rugs and rest of house works perfect for us but I was nervous about mixing the colors. I LOVE this couch. Yes it’s not soft and fluffy to sit in but my thought process is that it will last longer. I did put dark gray seat covers on it because of 4 little ankle biters shedding.
