For the most part, I am happy with the fountain… I wanted something on my deck to help create some serenity and tune out noises from my neighborhood. I wish it was a bit louder but there is nothing that can drown out the sound of screaming kids. One of the three lights didn’t work but I wasn’t interested in the light feature so disconnected that. There were a couple of small chips on the fountain but not too big of a deal. The tube had some scratches which I only hope is that it doesn’t decay with use. This fountain is truly so beautiful and high quality. I’m already looking into buying another one for my front yard. The only thing negative I will say is that the pump sometimes gets stopped up, but I am very close to a lot of messy trees so if that’s important to you I’d place it away from trees.. Mandi. This is definitely the best fountain I have ever gotten from Wayfair or otherwise. I've had many over the years. This one is so perfect. It weighted enough so it feels substantial but not too heavy to assemble or carry. The best thing about it is the water stays in the fountain, not in a big splash-spray all around it. It’s a gorgeous fountain. I don’t know how anyone would be able to hook this up without professional help. It took two men to lift it out of the box piece by piece and assemble it. It has a great water sound and a bit of a splash. Because it’s on pavers I’m not sure what I can do to prevent the splash on the floor.
