Used this to complete a screen around our HVAC and backup generator as required by the township. This is expensive compared to other screen options. However, this screen is much more substantial than any of the alternatives I've seen. Others are perhaps 1/8" thick, bend like cardboard, and can be cut with a utility knife. This is almost 1/2" thick, almost impossible to bend, and requires a table saw or circular saw to cut. It’s a quality piece and a beautiful dark gray. The surface feels like wood, looks like wood. But the directions aren’t detailed. Easy enough to figure out with a few tips There are little flanges on the internal posts — and those need to be hammered into place (directions dont indicate this) — otherwise the top piece cant attach. Some of the pieces need coaxing to slide into place — again a few taps with a hammer and they’ll go in. The bottom piece has a metal sleeve — and you need to ensure the metal holes align to the external holes before assembling the whole thing — otherwise you’ll need to drill holes through the metal (what I did).
