I love this curtain so much. I was looking for something I could hang above a window mounted A/C unit and this was just perfect. You do have to fuss with the bow ties to arrange attractively. The seams are messily sewn, with lots of loose threads. I also think the weight of the curtain "Unties" them after some time. Slightly longer ribbons would have allowed for more hanging height options and a prettier bow tie but even with the challenges its still the best man for the job. The out curtain is madeof triple-woven fabric, which can block 75%-90% light (darker colors better), which allow you to have a private space. And the crushed sheer is super soft to touch. Our curtain is machine washable in cold water. Please do not use any bleach and use single wash cycle. Should be ironed at low temperature if needed.
