I wasnt sure about these when I first opened the packages. The smell was so strong that I had to put them in the wash immediately (watch out for crazy amounts of fuzz from the chenille!). The pattern is also printed on, not embroidered, and I thought it might look tacky. They came out of the wash pretty wrinkled even though I took them out right away, and the instructions say not to iron. And after all that - I really love them! I couldn’t be happier with these curtains! They look far more expensive than they are and truly have a custom-made appearance. The fabric is soft with a beautiful drape, and once they were hung they fell naturally and elegantly. I followed the advice to extend my curtain rods almost wall-to-wall and keep the panels mostly off the windows when open. The result completely transformed both my dining room and living room. The windows look much larger, the rooms feel brighter, and the white fabric beautifully softens my dark wood furniture and leather sofa. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they give my home a timeless, designer look without the custom price.
