Problem Solved - These outdoor chair covers are the perfect solution to a problem with two of my patio chairs. The frame of the chairs leak a rusty liquid when they get rained on. The covers are nice and heavy, and they are waterproof. There are buckles at the bottom to attach to the chair frames to prevent them from blowing away. So far I am happy with these black swivel chair covers. They have been useful for keeping the pollen off my furniture, as it is that time of year! They arrived at the end of a rainy day so I haven't really put the waterproofing to the test but they seem like good quality. I like that they have the cinching on the bottom (in the back) to keep them in place when it is windy. After several years, the most-used cushion covers of our outdoor sectional cushion were becoming threadbare. Although the fabric of the these replacement covers is not as nice as the original Suncast covers, they do serve the purpose. The seat covers fit well, but the back covers are too loose.
