Holy smokes! We love our new couch. We picked the Antic Jade color and find it very pleasing. This couch is SO well made. The fabric feels incredibly soft, smooth, and cooling. My household is in agreement that the couch is firm-supportive, so we aren’t sinking in, but still super comfy. In fact, I took a three hour nap on it the day it was delivered. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

Braxton Culler's Gramercy Park living room seating group is a top seller, featuring track arms and clean lines.

grammercy park sectional......a classy sofa with a print upholstery option made it our choice. IT WAS TO BE A WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY, HOWEVER THE DELIVERY TEAM SAID THEY COULDN'T GET IT THROUGH THE DOOR AND INTO THE ROOM IT WAS ORDERED FOR AND SAID THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SET THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR OFF ITS RUNNER AND LEFT IT IN THE LIVING ROOM INSTEAD OF THE SUN ROOM. THIS IS THE SECOND INCOMPLETE COUCH DELIVERY IN TWO MONTHS. MY KIDS HAD TO COME OVER AND GET IT IN THE CORRECT ROOM. MY REVIEW IS....NICE FURNITURE, SLOPPY, UNCARING DELIVERY TEAM. This minimalist modern modular sofa comes in two premium fabric choices and four elegant colorways, seamlessly complementing a wide range of home style. Its modular structure enables easy disassembly and movement, eliminating the hassle of moving house or rearranging your living area.

So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026
