I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. We love the chair. It was easy to put together and fits well within the area we had wanted to place it. We anchored it by a wall since the sides do not connect together. I would say if you were using this without a wall bracing it, you may find that it is not very supportive but for us, we have it within a corner nook in our bedroom.
