I ordered a powered lift-and-tilt recliner with massage and heat controls for my 97-year-old mom, who lives in another state. Delivery was scheduled by Friday afternoon, and I arranged for a staff member to assemble it before the workday ended. Instead, the large, boxed recliner was left outside on the assisted living facility’s porch on Saturday (non-workday), exposed to rain or theft. There’s written instruction inside the double door how to enter the building. Also, I asked a Wayfair customer service representative how to activate the recliner’s tilt function and was told I would receive an answer by email. After two days of back-and-forth messages, I was instructed to hold the “Extend” button. That guidance was incorrect; the tilt function requires holding the “Retract” button. So far, my mom really loves the look and feel of the recliner and all of its functionality.. Stanley. Queen Creek, AZ. Mon Oct 12 2026

This is my second heated massage power recliner from Wayfair. The fabric on my first one wasn't conducive to owning a kitty, and it suffered many snags. After six years, I had to look for another, though it still operated beautifully. I was drawn to this new chair because of the microsuede fabric (I know from experience this fabric is kitty-friendly). I also wanted power recline, heat and massage, and loved the sleeker look of this new one. It was a little risky, and I gave it a lot of thought, because there were no reviews yet for it. I base a lot of my decisions for online purchases on other customer reviews. Plus, this recliner was on back order. Finally, after not finding anything else that checked all my boxes, I went for it. It looks great, is sturdy, and works fine; my only complaint is that the heat function is very subtle compared to my previous recliner. My back often aches, and the heat and light massage really help, so I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't feel warmer. However, it really is nice looking, so I can deal with that. It is a firm chair and sits a little high. I'm 5'6" and the chair fits me well in length. I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, but it's sufficient. It also has a lift function, which I don't need, but is nice to have if it is ever needed. There is a little fabric pucker on the front left of the seat cushion, but that's a minor complaint. I looked at power heated massage recliners in furniture stores, and we're talking $3,000-$4,000, which I wouldn't consider for a chair. This chair is a fantastic deal, looks great, operates smoothly, and gives me a subtle heated massage, so all in all, it isn't a bad buy at all.. Terri. Denver, NC. Sun Jun 28 2026

Absolutely beautiful, color is gorgeous First night slept heat and massage was wonderful to get massage before bed ! Such a nice chair. I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loves it. The only issue is we could not locate the padding for the arm rests. We ended up stuffing them with some old pillow stuffing. Not sure why these were missing. Regardless, it is a very nice chair and I am well pleased.. Jennifer. Burnsville, NC. Tue Aug 25 2026

The chair was easier to put together than getting the box inside! The seat is too long the back does NOT FIT PERPENDICULAR, hence only 4 stars. I love the blue color and the smaller size, but the arms could would be more comfortable about 4-5” taller. Anonymous. Columbus, OH. Mon Sep 14 2026

Choosing this functional elderly power lift recliner chair from us is choosing a comfort and care for the elders at home. So that the elderly can feel full of intimate care in their daily sitting and lying. The overall size of the chenille recliner is based on the physical characteristics of the elderly and the common use of environmental design, will not be too large to take up too much space, will not be too small to cause the elderly to sit and lie down uncomfortable, placed in the bedroom, living room and other places are very coordinated.

Perfect for relaxing in any living room or den, this chair features a sleek design that seamlessly blends comfort and style. The chair allows you reading, watching TV, or taking a nap. Its neutral color complements a variety of décor styles, bringing both functionality and elegance to your home.

This chair is fine. We ordered black and its more of an off black. The lift method is great for an older person. Also, the method of shipping is terrible. They ship the chair in 2 separate boxes. The 1st box came quick but the second took 4 days. Kind of pointless when you can't use the chair because you only received half the chair. As far as comfort its ok. Not much extension on the foot part of the reclining. And I'm a short person. If you are taller it definitely wont give you any foot room as my feet are over the edge and I'm 5'2. I wanted to like this chair but unfortunately I dont.. Heather. Sat Aug 08 2026

Just as described zero gravity recliner lift chair with heat and massage.. Cherry. Fri Sep 25 2026

Chair is very comfy and easy to put together. Nice fabric as well. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the legs don't come up as high as I would like. Other than that it's great, especially for the price.. Marisa. Gansevoort, NY. Wed Oct 07 2026
