This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. A quick tip for assembly grab a partner to help steady the backrest while you line up the brackets—it makes the process much easier than going solo. While the build is simple, having a second person assist with aligning the backrest brackets is highly recommended for precision. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made.
