Assembled the Henley 2-4 person on a concrete slab, it took 4 people a full 8 hour a day, plus one full day of electrical. We used the QR code to follow the steps, but they were slightly different than the paper copy that was supplied, so that led to some confusion and debate. Some of our tongue and groove wall parts were cut uneven and had to be modified and the black molding was very warped. It just took a little ingenuity. After it was fully assembled, it is amazing to sit in, 2 people very comfortably, my husband is 6’7” and he fits perfectly! We struggle with the app, slightly, sometimes the timer on the app doesn’t set properly and it turns off while we are sitting in it. Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction.
