Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. 3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. This was the best experience I've had with a hot tub delivery. I was nervous with the weight of the hot tub and trying to move it to the location i wanted it in the yard after delivery. I was able to hook up the crate to my zero turn with a strap and drag it perfectly fine to the location i wanted it. So easy. This hot tub looks amazing once it is set up. The wood panels make it stand out from the others. Worked like a dream right out of the box. The power cord is very long. Just make sure you take the side panel off to unwrap it and pull it through. It’s a very nice hot tub, but it doesn’t hold heat for longer than about an hour if you’re in a colder climate. It decreases by about 10 degrees when it’s been an hour and it’s around 40 degrees outside. (I live in Michigan). If you’re in a warmer climate you wouldn’t have to worry about that. Its big but if you have others in there your legs will be resting on each others so I think its more of a couples hot tub! Great spa for soaking my aging bones and muscles during my hibernation period. Have it set up inside my house beside the wood fireplace. The heat from the fireplace helps to dry off after being in the spa. Wonderful feeling compared to the -30 C degree temperature outside the house. No problem with excess moisture in the room. Extremely quiet heating action. Wouldn't even know it was on. When it was first set up, I actually wondered if it was working! My previous spa would churn and thrash around while heating. Whole different design though. The timing function is nice so it can be set to heat up during the daytime and take advantage of my solar cells while the sun shines (maybe 5 hours during the winter day). At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week.
