The Right Fit For: -Back/side sleepers (medium-firm 6/10 feel) -Hot sleepers (breathable 3D knit cover) -Safety-conscious buyers (no fiberglass or harmful chemicals) Which Thickness is Right for You? 12" – Ideal for most sleepers (130-230 lbs), especially side sleepers needing pressure relief. 14" – Luxury feel, best for plus-size sleepers (230+ lbs) or adjustable bases. King (76"x80") – Spacious comfort for couples, tall sleepers, or pet owners. Still unsure? Most couples love our—the perfect balance of support and comfort!

We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri. Experience supportive comfort and cooling relief with this medium-firm hybrid mattress. Oh my God my mattress is the best mattress Ive ever had in my life. It is so comfortable. I sleep like a baby. Thank you Wayfair.. Anonymous. Tue Oct 13 2026

Our new Avenco gel memory foam mattress is very good for our 9 year old son’s bed. We ordered a queen to replace his older one, which was way too firm. This new one is just firm enough, but you still sink into the foam a bit. When I lay down on it, I wake up much less sore, because the other one actually hurt my back. Ok, the biggest issue right now is the smell. We are still trying to get that to go away. The directions said to strip the bedding during the day and put a fan in the direction of the bed with a window open. It’s only been four days since we opened it up, so we are crossing our fingers that the smell subsides. Thus, the reason for the 4 stars. For comfort, it definitely deserves 5 stars.. Maureen.
