I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Oh I am in love with my new mattress. I haven’t wanted to get out of bed. This is truly a memory foam bed, like seriously when you lay on it, it really forms to your body.
