I ordered the slate gray and they are definitely not gray if you're really looking for that color. They are a nice color of pale blue (see photos) and the sheets are soft and appear to be good quality. They had a strong odor upon opening the box but once washed they are fine. I had a set of Tencel sheets for years until recently they tore. At first I got some bamboo sheets that seemed soft in the store and were a pretty color. Big mistake! They started to pill right away, were too light, and werent comfortable. So I immediately looked up tencel sheets on Wayfair to get something I knew Id like. This product is made out of Tencel Lyocell. It felt soft right out the package and maintained its softness after they were laundered. I followed the directions washing and drying them and minimal wrinkles noted. The set is breathable and great for hot sleepers. Fits my 12 inch hybrid mattress well. Buttery soft sheets. These are unbelievably soft. They feel so good on the skin and they’re so soft. Make sure that when you wash them you use a little bit of fabric softener and also put them in the dryer on low heat and put a little dryer sheet in there and get them out as soon as possible so they don’t have a lot of wrinkles, but they are the softest sheets ever oh my God these are heaven.
