This is a beautiful comforter set. The comforter seems well made and it's a perfect medium weight. I got the blue/gray combo and the blue is a beautiful aqua color - just like it's shown in the picture (and just what I was hoping for). The seams on the shams are not very sturdy and I ripped one while inserting a standard size pillow. I also wish the shams were a mirror image, so each of openings faced the outside of the bed. I used the included pillow cases to make pillow covers for 18x18 inserts. The color of the round pillow and the text on the lumbar pillow are more of a powder blue, so they don't really match. Comforter was exact color match to website. Love the design. Could be thicker it is on the thinner side but ok. As others mentioned the comforter could be wider to hang lower but I have a very tall mattress so as long as the skirt I bought hides the mattress I am fine with that. Didn’t want to send it back to try the larger queen option. The shams are great. The sheets were too thin, I ended up buying a separate set of sheets locally that were 100% cotton and use those instead of the sheets that came with it. Inspired by pure thickness. Maybe we've lost our minds here at coma inducer or maybe we've always had a couple of screws loose??? But we've become obsessed with thick. Seriously though, who likes a weak comforter? Does anyone enjoy getting a comforter vacuum smushed in a box that looks like a flat sheet and comes with instructions to shake it out and wait 4 days? And, after those 4 days are up, it's still so thin you wonder if you were sent a flat sheet. The thought of such a comforter makes us sick! Sure, it's harder to create, produce, and ship such impossibly huge comforters that are "thicker than thick"... But isn't that the whole point? With the number of hours, we sleep (or should sleep) each night, it should be a crime to have a flat sheet-like comforter. Our thicker-than-thick coma inducer consists of 800 gsm of thick, pure goodness. Overly thick filling combined with cozy soft plush creates a deep sleep experience like no other. Oh my goodness!!! This thing is amazing! It’s not too warm but it is so beautiful! It almost put me to sleep immediately when I made my bed at 5pm. Absolutely a great buy!!! The quality is outstanding. With duvets we have used in the past, did not cover well over our oversized king mattress, however this one does the job of covering. I highly recommend this duvet at a very reasonable price point.. Roger. Wed May 20 2026
