First off I will admit Im petrified of anything I have to put together myself. But this assembly truly was easy. So easy I wouldve regretted if I paid someone to set it up. Peoduct was delivered within a week in a box that was a little beat up although everything was so well packaged inside there was no damage to the product at all. This is a great looking chair. I wouldnt say it looks like real leather but that's because it is not. Seems to be built well, it swivels nicely, reclines a little but not much. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as I had hoped although its brand new and I noticed every time I sit in it it feels a little better. I dont feel its as supportive as I had hoped. My old chair actually feels better. This one looks great in my house much better than my old chair, but Im keeping both till I get used to this one. In all honesty if I sat in it before I bought it, I probably wouldnt have bought it. Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication.
