This feels bigger in our space than it looked in the picture, but I actually really love it. We have this little nook that needed something, and a space and a desk for my daughter and her graphic design work works out perfectly. Everything was labeled VERY well and instructions were easy to follow (my only complaint was that in 2 sections it makes a point to say particular holes are “facing out”, but the illustration has them facing in). I’m giving this desk 4 stars because, while it is very spacious and offers plenty of room to work, I ran into several issues. I consider myself quite handy and enjoy putting furniture together, but the instructions were not the best. Additionally, one of the wooden planks arrived damaged. To make it fit my son’s bedroom layout, I had to reverse the configuration even though the desk isn’t designed to be reversible. Because of this, I had to place the angled plank upside down and couldn’t screw it into the metal frame however, this allowed the damaged part to face downward so it isnt noticeables. I was able to properly screw in the rectangular plank. While the metal frame is very sturdy and the desk provides a great amount of workspace, another downside is that fingerprints show up very easily on the wood. This is a pretty decent, small form pc desk. I probably should have got the large sized one. The packaging was perfect, no damage, and everything was there. Its a sturdy design, my only negative comment is in regard to the lower rear right side shelf. It was implied it was a shelf for your pc case to sit on. I have an old style full tower case that does not comfortably sit on this shelf without hanging over the edge. I made it work, but it needs to be like 50% larger to accommodate the newer 2 compartment style cases. Other than that, I like it. Looks good, sturdy build, no defects.
