I love the look of this pot so much I use it as a little tool pot for various decor with other curated collections because it’s got such a great look!!! As far a plant pot there is no drainage hole … I would just throw some pebbles in the bottom if I ever get a plant in it it was a little smaller than expected, even after I saw the measurements. I bought 2 of these and they were larger than I thought they would be, which was a nice surprise. They don't look that rustic, but because they are pottery, they don't look cheap. At first when I took these out of the box I wasn’t sure if I liked these, they were much more rusticfolk artsy than I expected, they aren’t even perfectly round, the painting isn’t consistent. They also are more of a brownish terra cotta than my other terra cotta pots, which have an orange hue. But then when I placed them in my Southwestern designed Living room they were absolutely perfect. They added just the right amount of rustic charm.
