I didn’t know if I’d like these - they’re super light and I’m used to heavier pans. But they’re great! They heat quickly and evenly, and although I do use butter and olive oil sometimes, I find I only need a tiny bit. I'm very pleased with these pans. They heat very nicely and so far they're non-stick. I love that the handles remove - and they remove super easily. To retrieve the pans from the oven, you'll need an oven mitt so that you can hold the pan to get the handle to fasten properly (it clicks). With the handle on, it feels very sturdy.
