Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

This is not a bad chair in a pinch. Quality is good, however the back flap to cover the interior of the chair should have Velcro running down the sides instead of just the bottom to fully cover the back. The chair is comfortable and even as there is a slant to the backrest, it could have been slanted more so you’re not sitting up so straight. Again I would recommend it in a pinch. We’ll see how long the faux leather stands up.. Guy. South Dartmouth, MA. Sat Sep 26 2026

Delivery was quick, fairly easy to put together alone but was unclear about the backing. Had to redo the back but didn’t require much effort. The cushion came with slight discoloration and it’s noticeable. Doesn’t wipe away. Request assistance from manufacturer and awaiting response. Shakira. North Brunswick, NJ. Tue Aug 18 2026
