This Cognac faux leather sofa from Wayfair is absolutely gorgeous, but assembling it was a whole thing. Even with two of us working on it, connecting some of the pieces felt impossible. And don’t even get me started on the pillows—after they expanded out of the shrink-wrap, squeezing them into those covers was like a full contact sport. I genuinely thought we were going to tear them. That said, now that it’s all together, it’s super sturdy and the color is just chef’s kiss. We bought two of these loveseats and are very happy with them. We have had them almost a month. They were packed very well and easy to assemble. It’s good that they come in separate boxes because they are heavy. They are wide, you could fit 3 people on the two seats. The color that we got is beige. It borders on a cream color, but it definitely has a beige tone. They are comfortable and recline back pretty far. The reclining feature works well. Long power cable. If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. Absolutely love it! The box was huge, and took a long time to be delivered. But, the parts were well packaged, easy to remove, couch was very easy to assemble. Very comfortable, the single cushion is exactly the right extra firmness I wanted, the fabric is lovely and matches the bronze coffee table (not pictured, sorry) I have perfectly.
