Hi Wayfair enthusiasts! I recently did a bedroom makeover for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter is very whimsy and loves bright colors, especially the color yellow. She already had a few items in her room that are a very specific shade of yellow. One thing she asked for was a yellow chair to go with the other items she had. I searched and searched and could not find that exact shade. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, I went to Wayfair. Almost immediately I found multiple styles of chairs in the shade I was looking for. I snagged this one because I loved the framing and overall look. One thing to know about me is even with instructions, I still struggle with complicated furniture assembly. However, this chair was very straightforward and easy to put together. The only difficulty I had was lining up the sides to the base, that seemed more of a two person job but I was able to get it together. The only other minor issue I had was some of the fabric staples were inside of the threaded holes so I had to remove them before I could finish the assembly. Once built, I sat in the chair to test it out and was surprised at how comfortable it is. For a “accent” chair, it is actually very nice and easily doubles as a cozy reading chair or crafting chair. Bonus one side does have a pocket for books, tablet, or remotes. And with a teenager that misplaces everything, this is especially helpful in keeping track of items. Overall, the item description matches what I received, the assembly was pretty easy, and it looks great in the space it was planned for. I got this for our bonus room, which doesn't get used very often, so it'll work for what we need right now. The sofa couch has some things I like and some things I don't. The biggest issue was assembly. Several of the screw inserts didn't line up correctly, so a few of the screws wouldn't fully go in no matter what we tried. That made putting it together more frustrating than it should have been. The fabric is soft, and I like that all of the cushions have zippers so the covers can be removed for cleaning. The seat cushions are definitely on the firm side, which is a plus or minus depending on what you prefer. The gray color is really nice, not too light and not too dark, and it fits well with most decor. There's room enough to seat three adults, but the back is definitely on the low side. I'm 5'5", and the backrest comes up just below my shoulders. For anyone taller, it's probably going to hit around the middle of your back, so it's not the kind of couch you can really lean back into for a lot of back support.
