This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. The handheld sprayer feels lightweight and plastic, but it still looks great and the rest of the parts seem like nice heavy duty brass with some interior plastic parts. My first time booking something like this up and it took about one hour. Used youtube to help put it together. It’s very heavy so I recommend using a bucket to hold it up. Wayfair delivered the wrong item at first but then sent me the correct one without a hassle. I know I can always count on Wayfair to make it right! I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. The LEDefense light looks cool and it seems to really work well too. I have put a lot of garlic through it and the light seems to have kept any odor from that at bay. Love that feature, cuz the musty disposal smell was one of the reasons that I had my last disposal ripped out. Because of these extra features, it takes up a bit more room under the sink.
