Meh. It’s ok I guess. Pretty flimsy in comparison to the Miele that I’m replacing. I had very specific measurements for the chimney size, exhaust venting and style that would work so I guess beggars can’t be choosers but it’s not really what I would consider to be high end or even mid quality. Just cheaply made in my opinion. It’s held on with 2 x 1.25” 6 wood screws and my wife can lift it up by herself. The Miele we took down was a beast and solid like a piece of granite. This thing I can bend with my bare hands. Also the packaging is pretty lame. When it arrived the styrofoam was broken and there was a big dent on the back I had to hammer out (won’t ever see it). It is still in the box as we are waiting for the cabinets to come in so i have not seen it nor has it been installed, but i am Extremely satisfied with the experience i had ordering item and the speedy delivery as i did pay more for it to be expedited and it was delivered right on time! So happy!! Ordered one from another company and i was still waiting on it when i ordered this one from wayfair so i call to Cancel that order as they could not give me a tentative date as to when they would even ship me the item and i ordered it on February 9th!
