This has been a terrible bed frame, my mattress no matter how thin made my bed extremely high. There is a ugly skirt that hid the frame corners and has become hazardous, everyone hits there chins on it, I now removed that bottom frame and am using the back board free standing, you should probably warn people that your bed will be 4 ft above the floor. Trash! I bought a 4" tri-fold mattress like the specifications say and it doesn't even fold up with the mattress like it's supposed to. My guest, who was going to use it, sat down and the wood pieces broke and my guest fell through! My guest doesn't even weigh 200 lbs and this is supposed to hold 400 lbs.
