The fireplace is very pretty in our front entry. Produces heat to keep a 8'x20' room quite comfortable. Creates a cosy and welcoming room. Only downside was in assembly. The screws had 2 points and the 1 Point went through the head of the screw. Screw driver wouldn't fit. My husband had some screws on hand that worked. Absolutely adorable fireplace! I wanted an electric fireplace but the mantel box styles are too big and clunky. This is much more charming! I did not to permanently affix the stack plate to the wall so that I have the freedom to move it and store in another room it during summer months or add decoration on top. Puts out a great amount of heat too which was my primary reason for purchase as we needed some form of auxiliary heat. As far as faux flames go this truly is beautiful and doesnt give off "faux" or "cheap" whatsoever! BUY IT!. Ryanne. Yorktown, VA. Thu Oct 22 2026

Control is easy with the included multifunctional remote or intuitive touch buttons on the unit. Built-in overheat protection adds peace of mind for households with children or pets, so you can relax and enjoy the realistic logs and dancing flames in complete comfort.

I ordered this and assembled it for a family member. The mantel needs to be assembled and it took about an hour. All you really need is a screwdriver. The material was a decent quality and it fit together well. Even the faux stone surround, which I thought could look cheesy, looks good. Mounting the electric insert was probably the most "challenging" and that only took a handful of screws. Overall the recipient was very pleased with it. The built-in heater works well for a small room space. We like that it has a timer so you can "set and forget" it, especially if one has a habit of falling a sleep in their living room chair. We gifted the recipient a small stand-alone speaker that makes a variety of fire crackling sounds. While no one would mistake these for real fireplaces, they are much safer, cleaner, and can still create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.. Brian. NJ. Mon Oct 12 2026
