I really like that it has five brightness settings for the flames as well as five speed settings for the flames they don't look fake and I didn't want one that had multiple colors because natural flame color is fine for me. Great fireplace insert but with some confusing comments on the package. The box says “box 2 of 2” but the insert itself is only in one box. I assume the other box is for a mantel which is not included. That to say, this fireplace is easy to use and has some nice flames.
