Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. 10 feet is really tall! I am disappointed that the top section of my tree is not straight, so that when attached to the bottom, the tree does not stand erect but slants noticeably.
