The first cabinet I received had dents in several parts (1 pic included in this review.) I called wayfair they sent me out a whole new cabinet. I have never had a problem with Wayfair customer Service. They are genuinely interested in helping making sure you are pleased with the product you receive. They have always readily replaced a damaged or defective item Im happy to say this still holds true after years of purchasing from them I did not have to repack the dented cabinet, which would have been impossible, they told me to just throw it out. Once I put the cabinet together I loved it. Looks great is very functional for my intended use which is my art room. My husband cant believe how good it looks how it looks like wood. I included one picture of the inside screws that fasten the sides to the back because I had trouble seeing the holes and which way the sides fastened on. Once I figured it out turned the sides opposite the way I had them the whole thing went together quickly. Tried three times to follow assembly (not easy) instructions, and is okay until it comes to the Right Door panel, Hinge, Handle, or Lock mechanism Is it possible to send a Replacement Right side door panel assembly There is something definitely wrong with it, or I can Return the whole unit We are exhausted, and very disappointed in the quality. This worked out better than we expected for the room because it filled the space perfectly and the dark brown color matched existing doors and blended well with the other furniture. It takes time to assemble (allow several hours) and I am lucky because my roommate is a general contractor so it went well.
