Im giving this chair 5 stars because of the features. I purchased two of these chairs in beige. However, this is a very firm chair and I was hoping for more cushion in the seat area. I do love all the added features of this chair and inspite of the firmness I would still recommend it if you arent bothered by pain. The fact you can raise just your feet and the back is separately adjustable is gold. Its very hard to find a chair with all the quality features this one has. The color is very pretty and as shown. The delivery went well, I was able to catch the Fed ex delivery person when they pulled in and got them to bring them to the door, otherwise they would have left them outside. Wayfair keeps you notified when delivery should arrive so just be on the lookout for them so they dont just leave them wherever. I like this chair and for the price it’s pretty good. It has a strong chemical smell, hopefully it dissipates. The directions were not super clear and I didn’t realize it was a manual recline (it says it in the specifications but it definitely isn’t highlighted in the pictures where all the other features are spelled out). There’s a pull handle to put the footrest out. The back recline isn’t fixed, but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to recline it back. The rocking and swivel are nice features but it doesn’t rock when reclined which I guess makes sense. The cup holders are a nice size and are very convenient. I like that there are pockets on the sides too. The massage feature is more like vibration but I actually find it pretty relaxing. I didn’t think the heat was all that strong but I like that you can turn the heat on without the massage. The different massage patterns are nice and I like that it has low, medium and high and you can switch it to focus on just one area (upper back, lower back or legs). The auto-off timer is a nice feature too. I like the material it’s made of, some kind of very soft, smooth leather-substitute.
