In all the orders I have placed with Wayfair, this one is the worst. Not Wayfair's fault. The fault is in the chair. I did not mind the 2 hour put together. But Once I figured it out with the pictures...not words to put it together. All I had to do was hook up the wires. Problem... The wires do not match the remotes. It is like they changed design and forgot to update the wires. They do not match the pictures. If I asked for a replacement, I would end up building another chair. And I thought about this until I used the remote that would move the position of the chair. So slow. So slow.... Okay. that is fine. Next time I try... does not work. Has not worked but that one time. Okay.. I figured I would see how it was when I sat in it. A bit hard as I expected and I know this changes over time. But the fabric is not comfortable to the skin. You would need to cover it in the summer. Over all, I would not ask for a replacement because this is not something that is going to stand up over time... It is going to not last. So unless you want a cheap recliner for a prop and no one tries to do anything but sit ... and as I said. does not rock. . DO not waste your money on this product. Wasted my afternoon on this one. But I will say this. Over the years with Wayfair ... I have been shopping with them for close to a decade. In all that time I have only found junk twice. So that is great for Wayfair.
