Came with all the hardware to mount it to the ceiling but I did get a stand so it was not needed. I did find that I am motion sick when I use it so Im kind of disappointed in that, lol. But that is not a reflection on the product itself. The cushion is very comfortable, not super thick but with the webbing it works well. The fabric is comfortable yet sturdy for outdoors.
