THIS is a FABULOUS product and design. I've been disappointed too many times with online orders, including from Wayfair, but THIS!! Simply awesome. We might be buying another one! I will add that, over the year, the fabric has faded to a grey, and I wish the umbrella weren't so tiny. More shade is better. Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. We just put together the Lounger yesterday. I tend to write a number of reviews for products over the years. In any case, I thought this one I would provide to you. Please see the attached images of an issue. Let me commend you on a number of things that are excellent in every way: apparently made in America, though can't be validated sturdy HD build quality fabric and padding materials good design providing tools and touchup paint well written instructions extra hardware nice hardware clutch bag You should know that the box was delivered, fairly damaged. I have pictures but not important here as there was no effect on the internal components. My only gripe is the quality control. As you will notice in these pictures is one of your Part G tubes. Apparently, one was not manufactured properly on the ends. Ironically, this piece before assembly was noted to have two spring buttons in the pipe. However, the problem is trying to spring the U-Tube Part F to the Parts G AFTER assembling Part E per the instructions. I needed a rubber hammer to get these to try and fit. Since that didn't work, I had to assemble the Parts G to Part F BEFORE pushing them into Part E. This where the problem begins. You will see that one of the Part G tubes will not seat all the way into the Part E tube due to a wrongly created buttonhole or impression on the tube end. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. Putting this swing together was a bit challenging at first because a few of the screws seemed incorrect, but once everything was tightened with a wrench, it came together beautifully. The fair is very nice once you are able to get it together. The chair part that attaches to to frame rocking part took forever to put together. Just a heads up , the bolts that come with it to put the two pieces together are two short. My suggestion is for you to go to hardware store and get 3 inch bolts instead of fighting with the two inch bolts that it comes with. This is what we had to do.
