wow unbelievable how much i actually love this couch. i was scared of making a big purchase on something that i haven’t sat on to test out. i have specific needs cuz of neck and back surgeries and this couch passed the test. i can sit w my head fully rested on back without it not being covered or push outward by a pillow at the high part of cushion. i really love the brown color, it’s definitely lighter then a chocolate brown it’s more or less a mushroom brown on the beige side of the brown color chart. was so happy that it wasn’t darker.. For the price of this couch, it’s really nice! It’s deep so people can lay down and sit up. Installation was easy - but really no instructions can with the boxes, so we just had to figure it out. The sofa is absolutely fabulous. It is comfortable and soft, and does not look cheap in any way. The recliners work great. I did have to adjust a couple of the locking hardware pieces because they were installed upside down, but other than that it is excellent. The backs have a small gap in them that I am not entirely thrilled about. I’m sure this is due to the reclining features and the need to match the other seats, but I don’t care for the look of the gap. Other than that, the sofa is perfect. I definitely recommend paying for the delivery service. The sofa is extremely heavy and quite large—much bigger than I was expecting—but I absolutely love it. With the delivery service, the team disposes of the large boxes it arrives in and assembles the sofa for you. They were great!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026
