It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light.
