This bed is GORGEOUS in person. I wanted an upholstered bed, and i initially ordered anothe bed from anothe company, but was so disappointed after seeing it in person. Online photos make beds in the 200 range appear just like the beds in the 1000 range, but there is a huge difference when you see them in person. The fabric is textured and very high end. We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. Lots of issues during shipment. Some help from customer service, but my assembly service was canceled so I had to hire someone to assemble. Item was protected by inside wrapping. Outside box did not hold up well to so many trips off and on trucks 3 times over the whole continent. Assembly instructions did not match this item and holes drilled did not match up correctly.
