Sunsetter Screen Porch

Solar shades block exposure to the sun's heat and UV rays while imparting an unfussy style to your space. This outdoor shade is a perfect pick for pergolas, patios, and other structures, featuring a PVC construction that makes it semi-sheer, so you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without the glare. A cordless cable guide system rolls this design up and down with the touch of a button, while an aluminum valance protects it when not in use. Plus, it includes a two-year hardware warranty and a five-year motor and fabric warranty. IMPORTANT: This motorized shade series features a plug-in motor. The 10' AC plug-in cord MUST be plugged in to operate the shade. The cord is located on the right side of the shade.

As an avid DIYer, I know the difference between good and bad products. This motorized blind is high quality. Everything from the fabric and housing quality to the ease of installation make this a great choice. Unfortunately, our primary reason for purchasing this was for privacy in the evening, as our deck opens up to community courts and gathering space. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. As a result, I can’t figure out a way to automate this blind without using SwitchBot bots.. Kevin. Denver. Thu Apr 30 2026

I have nothing negative to say about this except that it is a foot shorter than most of the other pergola I was looking at. Its fine because none of us are 7 feet tall but the other ones are all around 8 feet tall like a ceiling. This ones only 7 feet tall. Other than that its very sturdy. My husband and I actually put it together by ourselves and we use the boys, our teenage sons, a couple times to help lift it and move it I would say overall it was pretty easy to put together just ted. A modern outdoor pergola with a special and handcrafted design featuring smooth curves and clean lines while concealing any fixings. This ideal addition to your outdoor space will captivate your senses with a sleek appearance.

We love our 15x13 louvered pergola. Looks really nice and expensive and feels solid. It took an experienced crew of 2 about 3 hours to install but I know ot would've taken me and a friend at least 6-8 hours as it'll take longer to read the instructions and plan the steps etc. whereas the experienced pergola installers went right into it. The louvers work well and are the best thing abiut this compared to our previous gazebo. You can bring in as much light as you want while controlling direct sunlight, but make sure you decide which way they should open (by rotating the whole pergola) as that dictate if you can control direct sunlight. The lights are solar with 1 smallish panel but they lasted more than 4 hours on the couple of occasions we used them, and likely would've lasted longer if we needed then. You can control brightness (3 levels) and color (warm to cool). They're bright enough but I would've preferred brighter.. Anonymous. Kennesaw, GA. Tue Jun 16 2026
