Addon Puppy Fence

PupProtect add-on puppy panels stop small dogs from squeezing through or getting stuck in ornamental fence pickets. They attach to your existing fence to tighten picket spacing, without the busy look of other puppy panels. This version is designed specifically to fit Ameristar Montage® 8' steel residential fence panels with 21 vertical 5/8" pickets (4.33" center to center), a slightly tighter spacing than standard 5/8" picket fencing. Before ordering, measure 10 picket openings on your fence, far side to near side, and divide by 10 to confirm your spacing matches. If your fence is not Montage brand or has 6' panels, check our other PupProtect listings for the right fit. Each panel is a pair of pre-assembled half-sections, ready to install side by side across one 8-foot fence section, no joining required. Installing the halves separately, centered on each side of the fence panel, keeps small manufacturer spacing differences from adding up across the full width. This set includes 10 panels (20 half-sections total), self-tapping screws compatible with steel fencing, and UV-resistant zip ties, covering 80 linear feet of fence at a fraction of the cost of buying individual panels. For the most secure hold, we recommend screws over zip ties. The racking feature lets panels install on sloped ground up to 25 degrees. Built from galvanized steel with a pet-safe powder coating, and wire ends are cut rather than snipped so there's nothing that can hook onto a collar or paw. View the Owners Manual for all available versions and measuring for fit tips on determining your picket spacing. US Patent 10,787,838, Canada Patent 2,918,042.

Very happy with this product. It was easy to install with the clips. I have an aluminum fence, and I used a power drill to install the clips. I do recommend having someone with you to help. The puppy panels now prohibit my little dogs from getting out. This item is as described. Very pleased with it. If not for these panels, I would have had to have each panel of my fence removed for new panels with the puppy pickets built in. This product literally saved me $3000.00!! Thank you !!!!. Kristin. My toolshed has space underneath where my dog can crawl under. These animal barrier fence pieces did the job...he can't dig through them. Also, waited until after it rained to put them in the ground...much easier that way. Also tacked top with a screw to keep them from bending over. By the way, my dog is an 85 lb 15 month old black labrodor retriever...very strong. Billy. Cleveland, TN. Thu Sep 10 2026

Pet playpen for dogs, freestanding 6 panels dog gate with walk-through door and support feet, safety fence, play yard, foldable stairs barrier, puppy exercise pen with wooden construction and wire

Carefully put together! Super easy to use. Gave it four stars because my toddler knocked it over and part of it did break.. Carol. Tucson, AZ. Wed Oct 21 2026

This adjustable pet playpen has been a game-changer for my home. My puppy used to wander into off-limit areas, chew furniture, and get into trouble while I tried to get things done. I needed a safe space where he could play freely and I could relax. What I love most is how flexible it is. I can arrange the panels into different shapes and sizes to fit my living room, bedroom, or any corner. It adapts perfectly whether I need a large play area or a compact enclosure.Unlike flimsy fences, this one feels solid. The heavy-duty HDPE panels, non-slip base, and strong suction cups keep everything stable—even when my puppy jumps, pushes, or leans against it. The built-in activity wall is amazing. It keeps my puppy entertained with sensory toys, encourages independent play, and helps develop curiosity and problem-solving skills—like having a play area and enrichment center in one. Made from durable, non-toxic, pet-safe materials, it’s easy to clean and keeps looking new. Whether I’m raising a puppy, managing multiple small pets, or just need a flexible indoor space, this playpen makes everyday life safer and easier for both pets and me.

Great pen for our puppies. My husband was able to put it together in no time. It is sturdy, nice looking. And we are happy!. Roxy. NY. Mon Mar 23 2026

Great investment in protecting my flock of ducks from nocturnal predators. I installed the XL Animal Barrier around my walk-in duck cage about 1 year ago. So far theres been no successful nocturnal predator intrusions. Very heavy duty and I was able to push the long tines through my hardware cloth ground barrier (apron). Definitely a good investment.. We have moved into a new-to-us home with vinyl fencing surrounding the back yard.  There are some places where the bottom of the fence is higher than the ground. Because we would like to have a dog, those areas need to be secure from digging. We had wondered how to make that happen in the best way, and when I saw these I knew that they would be perfect for that particular project! Once installed, we can bring the dirt up to the level of the fence bottom. Because temperatures have been in the 90-100 degree range and we are older folks, my hubby has not yet been able to start on the installation project. It will happen when things cool down which, in Southern California, may be awhile yet! I can post more pictures to show how we used these barriers once they have been put into place.. Jani.
