Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that. The installed SunSetter, as of last night, works just fine. I like the upgrades since I bought the first one nearly fifteen years ago. Get the motor. Get the remote. Maybe even the wind sensor? This umbrella was beautiful! The fabric on it was lovely and well made. When we put it up over our patio bar we were so happy at first....until we brought out all the other patio cushions. Unfortunately, the color I purchased did not match everything else we had so we had to return it. Which Wayfair made quite easy to do!
