The spacious 11-foot octagonal offset canopy is supported by eight aluminum ribs that are conveniently cranked open to provide a wide shaded space. As the sun moves higher in the sky, you can maintain your shade coverage by shifting the angle of the canopy to one of five preset positions using the vertical handle. Love this big monstrosity of a cantilever umbrella - we haven’t had a chance to use it yet and it’s in little cover - but so far so good - it was a bit difficult to put together and you definitely need two people men preferably, lots of sand bags and water -but in the end I am sure you’ll be happy with it. We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it. If you're looking for a large poolside umbrella that provides excellent shade and feels well built, this has been a great addition to our backyard.. Cindy. Florida. Tue Jun 23 2026

This umbrella is perfect! It’s very large bigger than expected and thankful. The pull handle does get a little hard to manipulate up the pole but a little silicone WD won’t hurt. Not a fan of the base but we altered it screwed it to the deck and made a little box around it. Overall great shade coverage.. Michelle. IN. Wed May 27 2026
