Well I finally received this pillow it was on back order for a bit. Lumbar pillow is nice size came vacuumed pack so it may take a little bit for it to fluff up still very nice. This pillow arrived in a tightly plastic wrapped, square-ish package. I honestly did not think it was the bolster pillow...but it was! I removed it from the packaging and attempted to fluff it, without much success. I let it sit overnight and it did improve, but it is not yet in a cylinder shape. I am not holding out much hope, but I may toss it in the dryer for more fluffing. Meanwhile, the pillow color is exactly what I wanted, which is great. I am using it inside for my lounge area. It is a Sunbrella fabric, too, so I know it will be durable. The cover is zippered, so it can be removed to be washed, if necessary. They are great looking chairs. White glove delivery was a breeze, and status update throughout the process was simple. The chairs are very versatile. As others have mentioned, the cushions are stiff but after a few uses they are breaking in nicely. I’m now referring to these as my outdoor beds. The aluminum frames are sturdy but also lightweight so I can easily move them around. The armrests are chunky enough to hold a cup and phone so I don’t have to have a side table. Only having 1 armrest is really convenient for getting in and out, no scooting up and down the chair to get out. The flexibility these offer is exactly what I was looking for, put them together or keep the separate plenty of cushion space to get comfortable.
