The instructions were ok except 1 bag of hardware was not labeled. The sofa took about 2 1/2 hours to put together. As long as you pay attention to the directions you shouldn't have a problem although a second set of hands would have helped. When cushions are on the sofa the seating is 18 inches , now I see why that is not listed. Low seats. The cushions are good quality and the frame seems well put together. make sure you leave all screws loose in order to tighten everything at the end. these pics are after putting together which is why so wrinkled.. There's a lot to like about this! It was very easy to put together, everything lined up perfectly and it looks beautiful. My only complaint is the fabric itself is a little bit rough. I was hoping for a little bit softer feel. That being said, I'm sure it will hold up to the weather and it seems quite water resistant. With some nice soft down pillows on it, it will soften it up..
