Love the couch .. great color!!. Jennifer. Mount Pleasant, SC. Sat Aug 08 2026

This modern sofa introduces clean lines and a tailored silhouette that updates your layout. It's crafted with a sturdy solid wood frame to supply a reliable seating foundation across your home. The square armrests give the piece a crisp look, while fabric upholstery wraps the clean-lined frame to deliver a smooth surface. Thick foam-padded seat cushions provide supportive comfort for reading, streaming, or unwinding after a long day. This seating choice fits smoothly into various decor styles. It also seats three people comfortably for gathering with friends or relaxing with family.

This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. The color is great and the pillows that come with the couch are very soft and comfortable to sit back on. This does take two people to assemble but was very manageable and worth it.. Anonymous. Elevate your living space with the Fred Smart Storage Sofa Overall Dimensions: 86.6"W × 35"D × 35"H—where style, functionality, and space-saving design meet. Crafted for modern urban dwellers, renters, and small-family households, this striped fabric sofa combines timeless aesthetics with practical under-seat storage, making it the perfect centerpiece for apartments, studios, or cozy living rooms.

This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. I love the stripes and hope to pair it with a white fluffy rug to add some contrast from the wood floor.. Ugochi. Wake Forest, NC. Sat May 23 2026

It looks good and comfortable!. Youwei. Fri Aug 28 2026

This sofa delivers a generous profile and an inviting look to update your home. It's crafted with a solid wood frame that rests on low-profile legs for a grounded silhouette. Linen blend upholstery adds smooth texture across the seat and back, while foam and feather fill provides soft, supportive cushioning for everyday lounging. Loose, reversible back and seat cushions offer easy maintenance and balanced wear over time. It also includes coordinating accent pillows that complete the tailored appearance.

Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Will always recommend this couch!. Kaylee. South Carolina. Fri May 29 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Box was damaged and when we opened the bottom seat is bent where it screws into frame and zipper is mashed. Amy. KY. Tue Sep 01 2026

This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

The foam-filled cushions offer a comfortable seat, while the black plastic legs add a sleek contrast. Plus, the removable cushion covers make cleaning a breeze.

I would’ve gave 5 stars but the couch is really firm. It isn’t as comfortable as it looks but it still does the job. It was really easy to put together, it only took me and my boyfriend 30 minutes to set it up. It’s a cute couch overall, I just wish it wasn’t as firm.. Anonymous. Tue Oct 20 2026

The fabric is highly water- and stain-resistant, making it ideal for households with pets and children. The thick foam-filled seat cushions provide supportive comfort, ensuring a pleasant experience whether you’re reading, streaming media, or unwinding after a long day. This sofa blends seamlessly into any decor style and comfortably seats three people, making it perfect for gatherings with friends or relaxing with family.

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

This 82.7" right-hand facing chaise sectional is designed to fit snugly in apartments and small living rooms—no awkward gaps or oversized bulk. The compact footprint leaves space for side tables or walkways, without sacrificing seating.

This sofa is AAAMMMAAAZZZIIINNNGGG! I fell in love with it online, and we went to the Wayfair store to see it in person. It is better in real life. We purchased online in July it for a sun room addition we are building in October. It was that good that we didn't want to risk it selling out. It arrived in excellent condition, wrapped and well protected. No regrets.. Donna. Arlington Hts, IL. Tue Sep 15 2026

This couch is very sturdy and strong. It was a little difficult to put together and took longer than the quoted 20 minutes. The pillows seem a little weak and could benefit from more stuffing. It is very easy to turn it from a couch to a sleeper sofa and vice versa.. Camille. Kalamazoo, MI. Sat Oct 03 2026
