The assembly went well. The color is a darker gray, although it did say taupe. We’re keeping it for the fact that it’s still matches in our room. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. Well... I like it, but not exactly what we thought it would be. Especially when it shows up in 3 boxes. They for sure got it all in the boxes. Everything is vacuumed sealed. And it took more to put it together then I expected. Almost returned it, but now its together and the cushions are almost fluffed up, we give it a try. I hope it last longer then what my gut tells me. It has very thin sides and such. Just concerned about breaking. Ill review again in a few weeks to month.. Gary. PA. Sun Aug 02 2026

The couch is…fine. It looks like one of the big comfy lounge all day sofas, but it’s only in looks. The feather layer of the cushions is super thin and you immediately sink to the foam underneath. That would be fine if the foam underneath was good quality. It is not. It is surprisingly hard foam. That being said, for the 850 it cost, I’m not too upset. The linen type fabric is nice and the installation wasn’t too bad. Took me a few hours to do it solo. Having an Allen key drill bit will save you so much time. The foam takes a couple days to fully expand and the fabric is crazy wrinkled when first taken out of the vacuum seal bag. I steamed the fabric and the wrinkles came out almost immediately, so that was nice. The couch gives the look I wanted and is fine to sit on for a couple of hours. I would just spend more on a nicer sofa if ultimate comfort is your main priority. If cost is your main priority, then this will serve you just fine as long as you know what to expect!. Colby. FL.
