Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. With a wood texture, it is waterproof, anti-stain, lightweight, and easy to apply. You don't need to be professional, saving your time and budget. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Besides flooring, it can be applied to the wall as an accent wall, ceiling, or cabinet by adding extra glue (liquid nail/contact glue).

We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. The product has been durable and continues to look great. It feels much less cold underfoot than the ceramic tile it replaced.
