I ordered the queen size in espresso. I was able to build this by myself in under 2 hours. I just put the Golden Girls on the tv and started building! The socket wrench was a blessing. I have a drill but I didn’t need it. The instructions were easy to follow. I took the suggestion of another reviewer and placed the nonskid pads on the legs before assembly. Makes a big difference. I ordered this bed to go with my headboard (also from Wayfair) and it is a perfect color match! However, there are no holes in the bed in order to connect them. No big deal to me, I'll just zip tie them if I have to. So far there have been no issues with sturdiness. The height description is accurate. I wish there had been a 14 inch height option. The top of my mattress sits at about 28 inches from the ground so I feel like I'm a little too high up, but I will get used to it. Upholstered headboard and side rails come together with tuned proportions and show-stopping legs. The thick headboard features a gentle recline that is subtle and simple, without putting you to sleep (unless that's what you're going for.)

Excellent bed, LARGE, very sturdy, looks timeless yet contemporary with its feet. My only negative points are that due to the price I would expect it to be absolutely perfect, but my queen-sized mattress (Casper) can't seem to fill in the space, so no matter how you put it, there are areas where you can see the slats underneath. Also, it's hard to get the wraparound fabric to lay perfectly straight all the time, so it doesn't look as neat as it should.
