The chairs is comfortable but the faux leather is noisy. Meaning as the chair reclines the material rubbing against one another makes noise for the 1st few mins until it's in position. One of the control wheels (right side) is very tight & doesn't seem to do much adjustment... the right side seems fine. The vibrations are nice... does seem to help loosen stiff muscles. This chair does mimic a Stressless chair ( which we also have) you can definitely tell the difference in quality but we didn't want to spend that much money for another Stressless chair. Excellent office chair. The seat is wide and the arm rests are low enough I can sit in all sorts of positions in it, including cross-legged! I also love the rocking function. I’m really able to keep myself comfortable in all sorts of positions for work.
